Dick Cheney Tries to Abolish the National Archives in Order to Save His Own Hairy Yellow Butt
According to an investigation by Rep. Henry Waxman, the Vice-President of the United States, Dick Cheney, attempted to abolish that part of your National Archives that oversees the handling of classified information. That's right, YOUR National Archives, an agency in charge of making sure that the most vital paperwork of the country is protected from the diseased-ravaged minds of freedom despoilers like a Hitler or a Stalin is under attack not from terrorists from abroad, but from your own Vice-President. Because the agency is run as badly as the Office of Homeland Security? No. Because the National Archives is a hotbed of liberals? No. Then why would that spastic mentalist Dick Cheney even begin to presume he has the right to do such a thing, much less have the desire?
Because that office within the National Archives that deals with classified documents has had the temerity to request access to classified documents that might just possibly present Dick Cheney in the light of someone who hasn't been acting completely above-board in his role as Vice-President of the United States. The man with the most terrifying face in America is using his power-once again-not to protect you and I but rather to protect his own bloated, KY-jellied ass.
But lord love a duck, there's more! This is something else that has come out during this investigation. As you may or may not know, the Vice-President campaigns during the Presidential elections. The Vice-President is sworn into office alongside the President. The Vice-President serves four year terms, the same as the President. The Vice-President sits in on Cabinet meetings alongside the President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of Defense, the Attorney General, etc. The Vice-President does all the things that all other members of the Executive Branch do. Yet, Dick Cheney is now asserting that the Vice-President isn't a member of the Executive Branch and therefore is under no legal obligations to comply with any judicial orders or executive orders that affect the Executive Branch of government. Because, you see, the Vice-President is also the President of the Senate. Therefore, according to Dick Cheney, he is a member of the Legislative Branch.
Frankly, I hope his sociopathic excuse holds up. I would LOVE to see Dick Cheney determined to be a part of the Legislative Branch. Why? Because if the office of Vice-President isn't part of the Executive Branch, then he obviously can no longer claim Executive Privilege. And if Dick Cheney can no longer claim Executive Privilege because he is actually a member of the Legislative Branch, then every shred of information that can convict him in every criminal act he's been involved with as Vice President would suddenly be unprotected and open to any Senator or Congressman who wished to look.
You go, Dick Cheney!
